Indian detainee needs to be moved to "more secure" spot in Peshawar correctional facility

PESHAWAR: A detained Indian national, Hamid Nehal Ansari, has guaranteed that he had been kept in a jail dormitory with solidified crooks, one of whom physically ambushed him.

An application was recorded by senior supporter Qazi Mohammad Anwer for Mr Ansari, who was indicted by a military court on December 17, 2015, and was sentenced to three years thorough detainment. 

The application was documented in a writ appeal to prior recorded by Mr Ansari, looking for consideration of the time of his pre-conviction detainment in his three-year jail term.

Qazi Anwer contended that before the applicant was kept in isolation against which they had asked for the high court to move him to a superior spot. He included that the jail powers guaranteed that due to his security he was kept in death cell.
